Sister Churches

The history of Chinese Church in Christ can be traced back to a Bible study class formed by international students at San Jose State University in 1969. In 1971, the Bible study class grew into a church and was officially named "Chinese Church in Christ". With God's grace, the church continued to grow and the number of members continued to increase. In the following 50 years, eight churches were planted. Although each church is independent in organization, administration, and finance, they are exactly the same in faith and maintain contact in spiritual ministries, supporting and encouraging each other.
